In 2004, Simon Hayward co-founded renowned event and brand activation agency, Rizer.
As MD and executive producer for more than 10 years, Simon left Rizer to start his own venture, Groundswell Productions. In 2023, Simon joined Finely Tuned to co-found Layers, our brand-focused event and activations agency.
